We need YOUR help to pass our bills!
Our Pro-Workforce Legislative Agenda has been filed at the State House for the 2021-2022 session! We need YOUR help to secure legislative co-sponsors. Are you ready to take action?

We are introducing two bills that would create a student loan repayment program for human services workers and eliminate the pay disparity between state workers and those employed by private, community-based human services nonprofits who do similar work.

But turning a bill into law is a difficult process, and The Caring Force needs your help in order to be successful.

Will you take five minutes today to send a pre-written letter to your State Representative and State Senator asking them to co-sponsor our two bills?

Please note the system will send you an email with a code to enter to confirm sending your message – please check your junk/spam folder for the code if you cannot find it! You must enter this code to send your message.

You can also include your personal story to make your message more effective: Let your legislator know who you are, how you are connected to human services and what it would mean to you and your family if these bills become law.

Please email today and ask them to co-sponsor these bills that will help that will help workers, clients, consumers and the entire human services sector.

All it takes is five minutes today to help strengthen the human services sector and build caring communities throughout Massachusetts.  And all you need to do is enter your street address - we will do the rest!

On behalf of our more than 28,000 members, thank you for your advocacy on these critical issues.
