PVA Policy Priorities for 2024 Now Available
February 2, 2024 by PVAction Force

We recently released Paralyzed Veterans of America’s 2024 legislative policy priorities. This year, we are continuing our efforts to push access forward for disabled veterans with the greatest support needs. Some of our legislative wins in recent years include improving VA’s ability to maintain and modernize its health care facilities, increasing access to adaptive vehicles, and helping make mammography more accessible for veterans with limited mobility.

Our priorities for 2024 are:

  • Protecting access to VA’s Specialized Health Care Services
  • Expanding Access to VA Long-Term Service and Supports
  • Improving VA Benefits and Health Care Services for Paralyzed Veterans and their Survivors
  • Protecting the Civil Rights of People with Disabilities
  • Improving Access to Social Security Benefits
  • Increasing Employment Prospects for Veterans with Disabilities

More information about our priorities is available here.
