Tell Your Senators to Prioritize Protecting Health Care
The late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg played a pivotal role in determining whether or not reproductive health care is legally available and accessible for everyone. As we mourn her, let our tribute to Justice Ginsburg be our resolve to ensure that all people have the power to decide if, when and under what circumstances to get pregnant and have a child—starting with the current Supreme Court vacancy resulting from her passing.

The Supreme Court will soon determine whether or not millions of people have affordable health coverage and other key health care protections—including access to contraception. If the Affordable Care Act is struck down, 21 million people could lose affordable health insurance coverage. The Court will also continue to play a critical role in the ability of everyone to access the full spectrum of reproductive health care, including abortion care, without barriers. Access to health care, specifically the full spectrum of reproductive health care—including birth control and abortion services—is on the line.

Help us to protect and expand reproductive well-being for all by contacting your Senators and telling them they must prioritize protecting the health of millions of people suffering because of this pandemic. Furthermore, the Senate must ensure that that the next Supreme Court Justice is committed to reproductive health and well-being, including the full spectrum of reproductive health care services.
