The IACC's Draft Strategic Plan mentions profound autism 45 times across 336 pages.
But it doesn't include a dedicated section, a dedicated budget line, or measurable goals for our community.
We're grateful for the work that went into this plan. We also believe it can do more, and that sunlight, not secrecy, is what makes policy stronger.
