Tell your Members of Congress to declare Russia a State Sponsor of Terrorism
Russia's recent devastating attack on a crowded shopping mall in Kremenchuk, Ukraine shows why it is critical that U.S. lawmakers declare the Russian Federation a State Sponsor of Terrorism.

Senate Resolution 623 & House Resolution 1113 call on the Secretary of State to designate Russia as a State Sponsor of Terrorism. These bills would condemn not only Russia's horrific actions against civilians in Ukraine, but also the violence against civilian centers in places such as Chechnya and Syria.

By declaring the Russian Federation a State Sponsor of Terrorism, the United States will take an important stand against these brutal attacks targeting civilians. Please call or tweet your Members of Congress today!
