Thank you for your interest in participating in a grassroots effort to keep Revenue Based Financing (RBF) (a.k.a. sales-based financing) an option for business owners in Texas seeking non-bank, non-recourse financing. HB 700 was passed by the TX legislature on Wednesday, May 28th with a provision included in the legislation that will prevent businesses from being able to utilize RBF in the state of Texas. RBF will become unavailable to TX business owners as a financing option starting on September 1, 2025, if the bill is signed by Governor Abbott.

Governor Abbott has until June 22, 2025 to sign or veto HB 700.
