Tell Governor Youngkin to Veto Marijuana Commercialization Bill!
The Virginia State Legislature just sent a bill to commercialize marijuana to Governor Youngkin's desk. Although marijuana use is already legal in the state, dispensaries are not. Tell Governor Youngkin to veto commercialization!

Over the last 5 years in Virginia, there has been a 372% increase in THC exposure calls for all ages, a 917% increase for those less than eighteen years old, and a 1200% increase for children under age 5. A bill to commercialize marijuana will only worsen the public health threat that pot shops pose to youth.

Further, this bill only permits 5% of marijuana tax revenue to be allocated to public health and awareness campaigns. It's clear that the Virginia State Legislature did not prioritize the health and safety of communities and families when passing this legislation.
