SCAI Virtual Hill Day is your opportunity meet with legislators and advocate on behalf of interventional cardiology and for the patients you serve! The 117th Congress has the ability to pass legislation that will have an impact on the profession of interventional cardiology. It is important to make your voice heard to ensure that the policies being considered by Congress are the ones that you support. There is no better time to advocate for your profession than SCAI’s Virtual Hill Day!
This year, SCAI Virtual Hill Day will be held on Monday, May 3 and Tuesday, May 4, in lieu of an in-person Hill Day. The two-day event will consist of an advocacy training session and zoom meetings with key legislators or their staff organized by the SCAI Government Relations staff targeting the following issues:
- PAYGO Sequestration Medicare Cuts
- PAD Legislation (ARC Act)
- Prior Authorization
Register today and join your SCAI peers and professional colleagues to learn how to enhance your advocacy efforts and attend virtual meetings with legislators!
