Oppose the Proposed Rule for English Learner Student Visas
In September 2020, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security published a proposed rule to dramatically overhaul the duration of F-1 and J-1 student visas. Included in the rule is a proposal to limit visas to 24 total months for international students who are studying English in the United States. TESOL recently sent it's own comments opposing this rule.

TESOL is asking you to take action and submit a comment to the Federal Register opposing this rule.
