It has become abundantly clear over the last 4 decades, even as the relevant science has become irrefutable, that we cannot rely on the FDA, Congress, or the food companies to act in the best interest of our health. We must apply pressure, and collectively we can do so by supporting action at the state level.  California is the state leading the charge.
