With the rise in violent, illegal federal immigration policy, Massachusetts lawmakers have a responsibility to protect our most vulnerable people from significant, growing threats like mass deportation.  

RAC-MA is partnering with JALSA, the ACLU of Massachusetts, UU Mass Action, and other coalition partners to support the Dignity Not Deportations Act (H.1588/S.1122). The Dignity Not Deportations Act would prohibit immigration detention in Massachusetts state and local facilities and end the voluntary donation of local resources for federal immigration enforcement.
