As you may have heard a special meeting of the Joint Finance Committee was held on December 3rd, to consider, "Sweeping proposals to weaken the incoming governor and Attorney General in Wisconsin; has been advanced to the full Legislature for approval." Early this morning around 12:11 am the majority of these "lame duck" bills were approved to be sent to the legislature for approval. We need to remind our legislators that regardless of their party affiliations once they are elected into office, they work for all of the constituents in the district not just the party they are affiliated with. The majority of Wisconsin voted Dr. Tony Evers into office and the number one issue is education, an EVERYONE issue not a party issue. At this time, we are asking you, to contact your Legislators, and tell them to please work with the incoming Governor not against him. Team work is vital not only in the transition, but it is vital to the citizens of Wisconsin to encourage growth, prosperity and unification of the state as a whole.
