Protect vaccine choice in New York
The New York legislature is considering a number of bills that promote freedom of choice and personal autonomy. S 266/A 1358 would reinstate a religious exemption from vaccination requirements for school attendance. A 3807 prohibits requiring vaccination for education, employment, travel, or other activities and enacts a vaccine bill of rights. A 4207 prohibits COVID-19 vaccine mandates and requires parental consent for vaccination. A 4966 exempts private and parochial schools and day care centers from immunization requirements. A 8261/S 7088 prohibits COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Other bills must be opposed. S 5700 eliminates all non-medical exemptions for immunization requirements.

Patients have a right to make their own decisions about treatments they received based on informed consent. Limiting a patient's ability to make informed decisions about what gets put into his or her body violates medical ethics.

Contact your state legislators and tell them to protect vaccine choice!
