Senate Bill 138 is one of the most dangerous pieces of legislation we’ve ever seen. It would allow physicians to prescribe lethal doses of medication to intentionally end a patient’s life. This is NOT medical care. This is a direct attack on the most vulnerable—patients, the elderly, those with disabilities, and caregivers—who could be coerced into choosing death over life.
