Ask Congress to conduct oversight regarding EPA's actions on paraquat and dicamba
Paraquat has been linked to Parkinson's disease, and is considered so deadly it has already been banned in 74 other countries. But EPA is forging ahead with a review of paraquat's safety—a process that will take years when what we really need is an immediate ban.

Then, there's dicamba: a toxic weedkiller that can drift for miles and stay in the air for up to 3 days. The herbicide has not only been linked to increased cancer risk, but has destroyed countless home gardens, pollinator habitat, native plants, and crops on neighboring farms. Despite these known and well-documented dangers, EPA still decided to reapprove products containing dicamba in February 2026.
