We need your help opposing AB 692. AB 692 would prohibit an employer from collecting any money from an employee when they leave or are terminated. The unintended consequence is that it prohibits employers who offer incentives like hiring bonuses or tuition assistance programs from conditioning those benefits on the employee staying for a certain period of time.
