SB 310 (Wiener) - OPPOSE
We urgently need your help opposing SB 310 (Wiener). SB 310 undermines last year’s PAGA reforms by creating a brand new private right of action for penalties in wage and hour cases. The proponents are trying to claim PAGA is “not a good option for workers” to justify this new private right of action that will enrich trial attorneys.
