Ask Congress to Make E15 Year-Round Permanent
While the Trump administration has rightfully exercised emergency authority to enable nationwide access to E15 for the summer driving season, we need Congress to finally adopt the bipartisan Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act (S. 593, H.R. 1346) to ensure permanent access to E15 nationwide. Enactment of this bill by Congress will avoid the need to rely on emergency conditions in the market and ad hoc EPA decision-making in the future.
