Fix Colorado’s Ultra-Low NOx Gap for Manufactured Housing
A Colorado regulation for ultra-low NOx furnaces and water heaters has removed the ability of manufactured homes to have these appliances installed. Because there is no ultra-low NOx furnace or water heater available for manufactured homes. We need legislative help now!

Without a compliant alternative, this creates a serious and immediate problem for HVACR distributors, contractors, and the consumers you serve. These requirements have effectively eliminated available replacement options for essential home heating and hot water systems in manufactured housing. Distributors will be unable to supply compliant equipment, and residents could be left without reliable solutions when systems fail.

State policymakers need to understand the real-world consequences of this proposal in terms of product availability, supply chain limitations, and the ability to serve Colorado households. By taking action, you can help make sure your legislator hears directly from businesses impacted by this issue and understands the need for a workable path forward.

Send a message today and urge state leaders to address this gap.
