IEC urges you to ask the U.S. Senate to pass permit modernization legislation now.

In 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives approved several permit reform bills supported by IEC with bipartisan backing. It is now up to the Senate to finish the job.

The Senate must pass legislation by May, since the chance for comprehensive reform is likely to close as November's midterm elections approach.
