We pay much more than the surrounding Gulf Coast states.

The primary reason we pay more is legal system abuse that increases costs and discourages insurance companies from doing business in Louisiana.

The only solution to the Louisiana insurance crisis is for the Louisiana Legislature and Governor Jeff Landry to improve our laws to reduce insurance claims costs and create more competition among insurers.
