Monthly Reminder to Return Outstanding Inventory

In lieu of the traditional "specific" courtesy pre-invoice, reflecting any of your IL SOS inventory which is due to be returned under your agreement with the IL SOS and CVR, we are sending this monthly email reminder.
In order to keep a current and accurate record of your returned inventory, please run your Inventory Return Report, modifying the beginning date to July 1, 2018. Per the Illinois Secretary of State (SOS) rule, any inventory that was marked as a 'returned' item (damaged, missing, obsolete), in the month of July, must be returned to the IADA office by August 31, 2018. If the July inventory is not returned by August 31, 2018, the Illinois SOS requires that your account be automatically debited for $125.00 per item. As a best practice, you should run your IRR on a weekly basis.
