Please Return Any February Voided CVR Inventory & All of Last Year's Unused 2025 REG stickers

We are sending this monthly email reminder to return any of your voided IL SOS inventory, which is due to be returned under your agreement with IL SOS and CVR.  If you've already done this, or have no voided inventory, please disregard this notice.

SOS no longer offers any refund consideration for inventory not received by the last day of the month.

In order to keep a current and accurate record of your returned inventory, please run your Inventory Return Report.  Per the Illinois Secretary of State (SOS) rule, any inventory that was marked as a 'returned' item (damaged, missing, obsolete), in the month of February, must be returned to the IADA office by March 31, 2025.  All unused 2025 REG stickers from last year must also be returned by this date.  If the inventory is not returned by March 31, 2025, the Illinois SOS requires that your account be automatically debited for $151.00 per item.  

As best practice, you should run your IRR on a weekly basis.
IADA-CVR never wants our dealers to receive SOS fines.
