Hawaii: Help Stop Drunk Driving
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) needs your help to advance lifesaving legislation to make Hawaii the second state to enact a .05 per se law.

According to AAA, four lives would be saved each year if Hawaii enacted .05 BAC legislation like SB 2463 by Senator Rhoads.
