The purpose of this survey is to gather insight from AMCA members on their experiences with the NPDES permitting process and how it affects their mosquito control programs. AMCA aims to understand the operational and regulatory challenges members face, including permitting hurdles, recordkeeping and reporting burdens, or Clean Water Act-related litigation. Additionally, we seek to build a storybank of member experiences to highlight the real-world impact of these regulatory issues. This initiative directly supports AMCA's advocacy efforts related to the Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act of 2025.
