Prevent the largest tax increase in U.S. history!!
If Congress fails to pass legislation to extend or make permanent the tax reform provisions that were in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, it will result in the largest tax increase in U.S. history. Here's what's at stake:

Pass-Through Deduction – 20% deduction for small businesses.

Individual Tax Rates – Current tax rates are scheduled to increase to pre-2017 levels at the end of 2025.

Research and Development – First-year expensing expired in 2022 – needs to be reinstated.

Full Expensing – Immediate 100% expensing on capital purchases – began phasing out in 2023 and will expire completely in 2027.

Estate Tax – The increased exemption level is scheduled to be reduced by half at the end of 2025.

Interest Deductibility – 30% deduction of interest on business earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), since 2022 can deduct only before (EBIT).

Corporate Tax Rate – Tax reform reduced the rate from 35% to 21%. This must be maintained to continue to encourage investment in the U.S. economy vis-à-vis the rest of the world.

International Tax – Tax treatment of income earned abroad should be maintained for global competitiveness.

Contact your legislators in Congress today to relay how important these provisions are to your business, competitiveness, and the overall U.S. economy, particularly with the current uncertainty due to tariffs.
