Support the Federal Employees Paid Parental Leave Act (H.R. 1022/S. 362)

Legislation providing six weeks of paid leave to federal employees for the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child has been introduced in both Houses of Congress. The Federal Employees Paid Parental Leave Act (FEPPLA) of 2017 (H.R. 1022/S. 362) was introduced in the House by Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-NY, and Barbara Comstock-VA, and in the Senate by Sens. Brian Schatz, D-HI. The bill would offer comparable benefits competitive with the private sector. Please send the letter below to ask your Representative and Senators to cosponsor this legislation. If he or she already is a cosponsor, you should send the "Thank You" letter, which will be automatically generated.
