  Self-Guided Local PTA Leadership Training

Leadership Training is designed to help local PTA leaders become familiar with PTA policy and procedure, NJPTA and governmental agency requirements, and officer position responsibilities to help you run an effective and successful PTA.

New Jersey PTA requires all elected officers to attend at least one NJPTA-approved training session per year (see NJPTA Local Unit Standards of Affiliation 2021-2022).  NJPTA has transitioned the training experience from virtual sessions to a self-guided webinar format.  Upon completion of your training, NJPTA will send you a certificate and ask you to fill out a brief survey about your training experience.
