Current levels of federal funding for education is an inadequate investment for our children!  Funding has remained at 2% of the federal budget for decades, despite the increase in public school enrollment and the rising cost of education resources and services.

Enhanced Tuition Awards of up to $6,000 are now available for NY students enrolled in a private college in New York State.

Like the Excelsior Scholarships for SUNY/CUNY, Enhanced Tuition Awards will be phased in over three years, beginning for New Yorkers making up to $100,000 annually in the fall of 2017, increasing to $110,000 in 2018, and reaching $125,000 in 2019.
