Support S5209/A3365 – Protect Doctors from Surprise Insurance Clawbacks
Insurance clawbacks can happen years after care was delivered, leaving practices financially exposed. S5209/A3365 would limit the lookback period to 12 months (currently 24 months), providing predictability and helping keep physicians in-network and accessible to patients.

Why it matters:
Unpredictable recoupments disrupt small and mid-sized practices, discourage insurance participation, and ultimately reduce access to care.

Take Action: Tell your lawmakers to support S5209 and A3365.
