H.R. 251, the Legal Workforce Act, is the key to removing the jobs magnet that attracts illegal labor—yet Rep. Babin still hasn't cosponsored it.

Rep. Babin used to support mandatory E-Verify. He has previously cosponsored the Legal Workforce Act—four times. Where is his leadership on this critical issue now?

H.R. 251 would require all employers to use E-Verify to verify new hires, making it far more difficult for illegal workers to use forged or stolen identification documents to steal U.S. jobs and removing the primary incentive that draws illegal labor across our borders.
