Wisconsin trout stream advocates: It’s time to adjust the Wisconsin Inland Trout Stamp for inflation. As anglers and conservationists, we recognize the importance of financially supporting trout stream habitat and management in Wisconsin through the purchase of the Inland Trout Stamp every season. 

These revenues fund projects that make fishing better in Wisconsin and contribute to our local economy.  This “user pays” model of conservation funding has proven to be successful, and our outdoor recreation economy is growing because of these investments.

By adjusting the Inland Trout Stamp fee, we can continue to make the necessary investments to ensure future generations access to cold, clean, fishable water.

Write to your legislators today to urge them to include a $6 Inland Trout Stamp inflation adjustment in this year’s budget.
