Protect Hemp Products in South Carolina!
South Carolina’s HB 3924 has passed through committee and is headed to the floor of the House for a vote.  The language was significantly improved during the committee process.  The bill no longer no longer sets limits on the amount of THC in hemp products.  As currently written, the bill only restricts access to those 21 and older and requires hemp products to be held behind the counter or in a locked display.

These reasonable restrictions ensure that adult consumers have direct access to the products they need, while keeping intoxicating products out of the hands of children.
