Protect Hemp Products in Nevada!
Nevada’s SB 356 creates comprehensive regulations for consumable hemp products, and it provides packaging and testing requirements. The bill prohibits the sale of consumable hemp products with THC concentrations above the limit of detection, which is defined to mean the lowest concentration of THC that can be reliably detected using a method of testing established by the Board by regulation. A consumable hemp product must be sold in a single package that contains a THC concentration that does not exceed the limit of detection and not more than five servings of a size established by the Board by regulation.

Please ask legislators to consider a regulatory framework that models what many other states have chosen—stronger enforcement, licensing for manufacturers and sellers, independent testing of hemp products, adequate labeling which prohibits child-enticing images, and age restrictions for consumable hemp products. These reasonable restrictions ensure that adult consumers have direct access to the products they need, while keeping intoxicating products out of the hands of children.
