Participants of National Arts Advocacy Zoom-In-Week are reaching out to their Members of Congress through virtual meetings requesting their support for the NEA and NEH. But you don’t have to be in virtual meetings to make your voice heard!

Our Goal: 

Secure $211 million in Fiscal Year (FY) 25 for both the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). 

Why it Matters:  

The NEA plays a unique role in broadening access to and participation in the arts in every congressional district and should be more fully supported to expand and deepen its impact on our communities and our democracy. Each year, over 40 million Americans attend events sponsored by the NEA. Their continued partnerships with the U.S. Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Education, and the National Institutes of Health further highlight the NEA's commitment to promoting the arts as a vital component of national well-being.
