CALL TO ACTION: Tell Congress to DELAY Medicare’s so-called “efficiency” cuts!
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently finalized its Calendar Year (CY) 2026 rule for the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) and included a provision that will cut physician reimbursement again. 

The CY2026 MPFS puts in place a 2.5% reduction to work Relative Value Units (RVUs) with additional reductions every three years. This “efficiency adjustment” runs contrary to peer-reviewed longitudinal evidence finding that specialists from across the house of medicine are not taking less time to complete procedures as CMS claims. Tell your representatives to stop the “efficiency adjustment” and ensure providers are compensated adequately!
