The House of Representatives is planning to cut out of work early in September—potentially delaying a vote on Take Care of America's Veterans Act (TCAVA).

Don't let them leave. We need you, as a member of The American Legion Family, to demand they do their job and schedule a vote NOW.

VA has stated under oath that they are planning on finalizing the upcoming rules on Tinnitus and Sleep Apnea. Once the rule is published, the veteran community cannot capture that money to pay for new programs. All of your hard work and advocacy is erased with a stroke of a pen.

It's now or never. Contact your Member of Congress today and every day until the House schedules a vote on TCAVA. If they truly represent you and your family, they need to prove it before it is too late and VA enacts their rule.
