Bring Back the Bicycle Commuter Benefit!
At a time when the price of everything seems to be going up, Congress should be looking for ways to save Americans money. That’s what the Bicycle Commuter Benefit did. 

Rep. Mike Thompson (D-Ca.) and Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.) have introduced the Bicycle Commuter Act of 2025 (H.R.3936/S.2023), legislation that would re-create the bike commuter tax benefit. 

If you believe tax benefits should have a modicum of fairness for all commuters, we urge you to take action and ask your legislators to co-sponsor the Bicycle Commuter Act of 2025.
