Urgent: Support SB 43 - Stop Patient Brokers
Please submit letters before TUESDAY, April 15th, 2025

SB 43 requires online registries displaying California treatment providers to obtain a license from the Department of Health Care Services, preventing unethical patient brokers from exploiting vulnerable individuals. Please submit your completed support letters as soon as possible so they can be included promptly.

Your action can make a meaningful impact in strengthening protections for those in need of addiction treatment. Thank you for joining us in championing these important initiatives!
