Support AB 669 - Protect Patients' First 28 Days of Care

Please submit letters before TUESDAY, April 15th, 2025

Assembly Bill 669 ensures continuity in care by prohibiting insurance carriers from changing treatment plans during the critical first 28 days of treatment. This removes the possibility of arbitrary step-downs that could jeopardize recovery.

Your action can make a meaningful impact in strengthening protections for those in need of addiction treatment. Thank you for joining us in championing these important initiatives!
