Recent reports tell us that the predictions for more frequent, widespread, and damaging impacts from Climate Change are already upon us, sooner than previously predicted, and that they are going to continue to grow much faster than in the past.  These reports also point out that we still have time, if we act immediately, to prevent the worst, and that waiting any longer will significantly increase the costs.

We only have 4 regular elections left in the time current science tells us we have.  That is why we need to secure the political will, at all levels, to act now to set more effective greenhouse gas goals and to provide us with the means to achieve them! (They should start with the Climate Actions in Build Back Better which, while not enough on their own, will signal that they are taking this seriously.)

We don't have the time to waste on those elected officials, our elected government, who don't recognize the urgency and demonstrate the political will to act accordingly.

It won't be easy for those that do, and we must support them.  But we don't have the luxury to support those who don't put Climate Action front and center until we get the job done.
