Neonicotinoids and pesticides containing imidacloprid, clothianidin, thiamethoxam, dinotefuran, acetamiprid, sulfoxaflor, flupyradifurone, or fipronil, as well as treated seeds, are incredibly toxic to bees and other pollinators, and are contributing to significant pollinator population decline in the United States. Other countries have taken steps to ban these pesticides, and we need to urge our legislators to pass this bill to do the same.
