Urge DOJ to let Juliana v. U.S. go to trial
I am writing to ask you to speak out and urge the Department of Justice to allow Juliana v. United States to proceed to trial.

The DOJ has now opposed the hearing of the Juliana case twenty-two times including, most recently, by filing a writ of mandamus petition to remove the case from the normal legal process.

Respected legal scholars and former DOJ attorneys agree this use of the writ of mandamus is not legally justified. In fact, out of 40,000+ cases in front of the DOJ, this measure has only been used to single out one case: Juliana.

It is the DOJ's duty to protect the constitution, the country, and today’s youth and future generations. This means allowing the Juliana 21 to be heard in open court.

Please use the power of your voice to help ensure the DOJ ends its opposition to the Juliana case and allows it to proceed to trial.
