The energy transition is upon us, and long overdue. It is critical that historically marginalized communities, such as low- and moderate-income groups, are not left behind in the process. Passing this legislation will not only ensure that these groups have more reliable and renewable sources of energy, but provide funding to ensure this important work continues.
