Tell your federal representatives that the grant terminations will exacerbate the energy affordability crisis
The grants on the chopping block were awarded to projects spanning a wide range of topic areas, including energy efficiency, clean energy technologies, and grid upgrades. These are projects that would have helped us quickly and affordably meet rapidly rising power demand and achieve much-needed infrastructure improvements that help lower energy costs for everyone.

A prime example is the cancellation of nearly $500 million in Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships funding, which would have supported the build-out of five high-voltage transmission lines across Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
