Tell Congress to protect service members from the dangers of PFAS-laden firefighting foam
PFAS ("forever chemicals") are a category of more than 15,000 chemicals that do not degrade naturally. They build up in our bodies and environment over time and have been linked to a number of severe health impacts, including cancer, kidney disease, and liver problems.

In other words, using PFAS-laden firefighting foam doesn't just contribute to PFAS pollution, but endangers our service members, their families, and residents living near bases. A connection has already been found between this foam and contaminated drinking water and groundwater at more than 600 bases.
