Rising seas, stronger storms, and erosion are threatening millions of Americans who live near the coast. The Coastal Restoration Act would establish a nationwide map to keep track of these important ecosystems, support data sharing across states and different levels of government, and facilitate restoration. These initiatives in turn support living shorelines, community resilience, local economic growth, and job creation.
