Grizzlies play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance, but their populations remain fragile after being hunted to near-extinction. Removing protections now—which is exactly what the Grizzly Bear State Management Act aims to do—would weaken the safeguards that have supported their slow recovery and ultimately cost us years of conservation progress.
