Oppose the EPA's proposed rule regarding hazardous waste combustors
Hazardous waste combustors are facilities where hazardous waste is burned. They can release dioxins, furans, arsenic, lead, hydrogen cyanide, and many other air pollutants, resulting in decreased fertility, higher rates of cancer, liver damage, and more for residents living nearby. It's also worth noting that many of these combustors are located in highly polluting facilities, increasing the burden on communities already navigating high levels of industrial pollution.
