Introduced in the House by Reps. Fitzpatrick and Lawler, the American Energy Dominance Act would restore the original phase-out timelines for several energy and energy efficiency tax credits, helping to re-establish certainty for developers, drive increased investment in energy infrastructure, and ultimately lower costs for the American people. Including Cheap Energy Act provisions that relate to these goals would be a way to make it even more robust.
